I just received a warning letter from my employer, what should I do?

Your first point of call is your union, if you belong to one. If not then you will need to consider what the letter says. Do not sign it if you disagree with any part of it! You have the right to respond, do this in writing and keep a copy of the letter that you have received and the one that you will send in return.
