Rally Against Mandatory Sentencing

"OVERTURN MANDATORY SENTENCING NOW!"
- We demand John Howard intervene in the NT and WA to bring justice back into the justice system.
COMMUNITY RALLY & CANDLELIGHT VIGIL
MONDAY APRIL 10

THE BILL TO OVER-TURN MANDATORY SENTENCING GOES TO THE LOWER HOUSE THE DAY OF THE RALLY. HELP PRESSURE THE WET LIBERALS, AND JOHN HOWARD INTO ENDING THESE RACIST LAWS WHICH DENY NATURAL JUSTICE.

RALLY: SYDNEY CITY TOWN HALL 4pm
MARCH TO JOHN HOWARD'S OFFICE (Phillip Street) via Parliament House
CANDLELIGHT VIGIL from 5.45pm

SPEAKERS AND SUPPORT HAVE BEEN OFFERED FROM ORGANISATIONS ACROSS THE SPECTRUM INCLUDING:

There needs to be alternatives (including NO NEW WOMEN'S PRISON IN NSW)
to jailing in the criminal justice system that mitigate the potential for the patently ridiculous sentences we see handed down every day.
