The responses in order of importance are as follows: 1. Reliability of Services Arthur Rorris, South Coast Labour Council Secretary, said; "The survey proves what the community in the Shoalhaven always suspected, that cuts to rail services have had a major negative impact on public transport use and more importantly have made it harder for many in the region to attend to basic needs such as health, education and employment."
