New South Wales unions have used the right to prosecute employers in a tactical manner to change the behaviour of employers.
What will happen when there is not a right to continue to do this? The point of unions is to use the collective power of members to change the dangers - how slow will change be if it is going to be up to individual members to try to achieve change? Please distribute this to you union colleagues, get the video up on your union website, and ask for signatures on the online petition. This is a right that we must protect and continue.
